We are in the midst of a wave of another mass infection called WinAntivirus 2009. This rouge program disguises itself as a Virus / Spyware removal program.  This troublesome infection is seen as a email attachment or as a download.  
Simple rule is not to open attachments unless you are sure of the sender.
